All orders are processed within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
How to return:
- Email returns@terremonde.clothing with your order number and reason.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (EU orders) or return address (international).
- Pack the item securely and drop it off.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
EU Consumer Rights
EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Contact us at hello@terremonde.clothing to exercise this right.
