Orders & Payment

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item. We reserve the right to cancel orders (pricing errors, suspected fraud), with full refund. Payment processed securely by PayPal.

Pricing

EU prices include VAT. US prices exclude local taxes. Prices may change; the price at order confirmation is binding.

Shipping

We ship from Alkmaar, Netherlands. Estimated times shown at checkout. We're not responsible for customs delays or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of delivery without reason. Email returns@terremonde.clothing within 14 days. Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details. Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days — we cover return shipping.

Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Terre Monde Europe B.V. No reproduction without prior written consent.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of products purchased. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights under Dutch or EU law.

Governing Law

Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes subject to Alkmaar courts. EU consumers retain right to local court proceedings.
